The manager/caretaker denied the booking, he told that hotel/apartment is already occupied and told me to book somewhere else, I was there with my family and kids with luggage, it was very bad experience, how booking.com allowed these kind of property listed in their website. Denied booking and not allowed us even after booking confirmation on booking.com

Very worst experience and Very unprofessional. Booked an apartment for a day. Went to check in with family ,kids and elders after going there find that they allotted it to someone else. Their response was we didn't pay in advance but nothing is mentioned on the website about advance payment neither they called for the amount. Neither he informed before allotting to someone else. And in the app it still shows it's booked it's not cancelled ..They are very rude on call..they wasn't even sorry.And didn't even pick up or answer our calls after that.. Due to this we had a sudden panic and discomfort in finding another room that too with kids we struggled a lot... .. Very worst experience regarding booking
