They confirm the stay for five days but the second day they pressure me to change some other location The second location was too far from the confirmed one resulting the collapse of all my plans in Mysuru I ask the refund not interested in changing location but they refused Its a great miserable and worst experience of my entire stay in Mysuru😡

This happens to be the worst ever place we ever stayed. Beds were used by someone and the staff have just given the same beds to us. As you can see in the pictures, that was the situation. And regarding staff, we had paid ₹2500 for the stay and arrived @10Pm for just good sleep and literally no one at the location to help us to the room and upon calling not reachable. We had paid ₹1000 as prepayment so they get the confirmation of our arrival and the guy who handles booking doesn’t care about anything but to take money from us. He keeps on insisting us to pay for the room even after paying advance and when we reached at night, he just wants us to pay the balance instead of guiding us to room. What we expect is,Don’t treat us good, that’s fine but atleast don’t treat us bad. We are guests for your property, at-least talk properly over the phone. And regarding the Bathroom, it was a used washroom without being cleaned, kitchen was in worst condition. In the morning, we had to checkin to other hotel just to take shower and get ready because of the worst condition of the hotel. We paid ₹2500 and washroom was in so worst condition, we had to checkin other hotel for freshen up. That tells you the condition and maintainable situation of the hotel. And for Suvarna group, this had been my 3rd visit to their properties like Royal wings etc, but this place was worst. And not to mention, whoever handles the booking, I.e., number shared in the app, should definitely learn to talk politely with guest. If not politely, atleast don’t be rude to us. Suvarna group stay was good to us but the person who handles booking and talks to guest when called upon, should learn to be polite with guests. And Comfort Cove apartments was the worst ever stay in my entire life and never even looking towards that place. Hope the Management and proprietors take these seriously before their reputation of their properties gets ruined because of individuals.

The location of the hotel is good. However, quality of service is pathetic. The caretaker was unavailable at the property, and the security guard was trying his best to assist us. However, the amenities were bad. The bucket was leaking, the bathroom knob had a big hile, cleaniness was next to zero, no clean pillows, power tripped and no body assisted in turning on power. We had power back after an hour.

They asked for advance payment else they told they will cancel the booking. Advance payment option is not there in their terms and conditions. Why Booking.com website is encouraging such properties.

Booking.com is encouraging uneducated people to list their property in their website. Booking.com is Waste and poor website. They don't define Proper terms and conditions to property owners. There is no option to give less than one rating. Else i would give that.
