Spacious room with 2 double cots. Comfortable for 4 adults. Sofa cum bed can accommodate 2 more adults. New property and hence good.

Cleanliness is bad. Dust on kitchen platform, bathroom etc. After getting used to excellent apartments in Goa was a let down. No air conditioning.

We liked the location of the property and the caretaker staffs. But, following are the bad experience. We could have met an accident when we switched on geyser. The whole toilet pipe line and the water was currented and we were affected by electric current shock. The caretaker was helpful. He immediately changed our room.After changing the room from 04 to 05, the same incident happened. We tried to contact Mr.Shivkumar, the manager of the 'Suvarna' group to lodge a complaint, but failed to connect him. There after we reported the whole thing to one of his subordinate staff on the morning of the checkout day i.e. on 26.02.2024. All together, it's our mixed experience during the stay in that particular property. - P.Mitra Kolkata.

Beside the matter mentioned as above, the other thing we didn't like are as follows. 1. There should be a small table or a stools in the master bed room beside the bed. 2. The toilet window is not fully covered by glass. One part is open to sky and the privacy of the toilet is hampered.
