ZAThere was no stay. Upon my arrival, the guesthouse was locked (gates locked with chains) and when I contacted the property, the calls went straight to voicemail. I had to make a booking with another guesthouse of which an additional charge was made.
The property is no longer functioning and has been closed. I had to incur an additional cost to make another booking with another guesthouse which resulted in me losing money. This is so unprofessional and very disappointing. I would like to be refunded please

Everything. When I got there, i waited outside the gate for an hour The place was not operating at all. I ended up going back home because I had no place to sleep

Geyser not working No door at the toilet Towels don't look clean Window seal SO DIRTY Curtains not closing well. Small for those windows Coffee and sugar supplied but no milk No bath soap in case you forgot yours Owner not easily accessible in case you had problem. The receptionist was nice but not helpful.
