Staff wasn't cooperative. No one to take care of your need

Pandawa Villa was lovely. Cafe’s, restaurants, bars and massage venues all within a tall short walk. With Three Coin cafe one one side and another hotel and restaurant on the other side of the villa. Both were lovely places to eat. The staff were brilliant. Polite, respectful, super helpful and quick. We enjoy the privacy of the personal pool and the room set up. 14 nights there and we weren’t over the place. It suited us and our needs well.

The Villa is that not old and looks lovely. However we had Villa 3 and it was tired in areas. Cupboard door falling off, toilet seat looses rest to fall off, bathroom sick loose and bathtub looked dirty but it wasn’t.

Great location, walking distance to most places (shops, beach etc). Pool was good (when clean) as it was dirty the first few days but cleared up on the final day. My partner got rashes after jumping in the first night. The light in the wardrobes were a nice feature.

The bedroom has blockout curtains, but the light coming in from the shower and bathroom area made it quite difficult to sleep in as the light trickles in from sun rise. The sockets were not tight fitting, so when using appliances (eg hair-dryer), the plug kept falling out of the socket. The cushions in dining area were far too soft, so it was difficult when eating at the table (especially for short people). Mosquitos. Would've been nice to have been provided barrier spray from the onset, it does help quite a bit especially when I seem to be a buffet for insects. There were also wasp nests in the outdoor area (one directly under the plastic orchid leaf).

The layout of the room. The shower had plenty of pressure where my wife could wash her hair properly, the pool was refreshing and private. Location was fantastic with restaurants close by and laundry services across the road

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in the first villa, closest to the lane and hardly heard any noise. Villa was perfect for the two of us and a great place to stay for our first kid free holiday. There were a few things that could have been maintained better and we had to ask for a room clean (new towels) as this wasn't done otherwise. Coffee shop next door do a great breakfast and the best iced latte! We also had a buffet breakfast over the road which was pretty good. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a couple.

Could have done with a toaster and towels to be changed after a few days but otherwise loved it.

The villa is quite appealing online, the pool is a very good selling point.

The description didn’t prepare us to have the kitchen and the living room in an open outside area. No openness from the villa to light some coal to keep mosquitos away. The bathroom has 2 see through doors, one where the toilet is and one where the shower is. There was a strong smell in the room of camphor’s which was due to 2 balls in the bathroom. Asked the hotel if they could take them out but they put extra instead. We decided to leave the villa on the 2nd night

The own little villa was very modern and stylish. We loved the little extras they added and it was nice to have the option of cooking in so you could lounge around for a relaxing day.
