The location and ambience

Facilities could be a bit better like coffee, sugar, salt, oil etc basic utilities were missing from kitchen.

The Villa and staff were great except electrical box had a faulty switch. First night we hardly slept due to having no electricity, no fan or air-conditioning. Reported in the morning 9:30am to office and when returned to the room around 7pm the problem had not been resolved. I contacted office again and requested they have the electrical issue repaired. The issue was repaired around 9:30pm

Room sizing

Staff were so rude the cleaners only cleaned our room once in 4 days we stayed, We had to ask for towel top ups since cleaning wasn’t done, no tissues no toilet paper or anything. Managers needs to pick a better cleaner

great location, clean & perfect for a short stay. Lovely staff & a very safe villa.

A lot of light bulbs were blown in the garden & kitchen/entrance area. Need to be replaced.

Nice compact villa. Great for a couple. Cleaning daily but must ask.

Kitchen/living area was open. No ac. Only fan so a bit hot. Bedroom and ensuite had ac.
