The hotel had an inexperienced staff at the front desk. We were told at 11 pm we had to relocate to another room immediately due to an emergency. We were not compensated for the room price difference, king to queen bed. The room keys worked in the morning but not in the afternoon. The hotel is very clean but some of the construction was rushed. I.e. the shower door of our first room is not level so the door would slowly slide open. Bathroom fan didn't work. The walls are thin, you can hear families in the next room or in the hallway. The breakfast items quality are poor. The air conditioner has a mind of its own.

Smelled like dogs in the lobby. The elevator was broke, and our room was on the 3rd floor. We chose not to stay. But the front desk person didn't tell us the elevator was broken until AFTER we were checked in. Then she wanted to charge us a fee to cancel our reservation. The manager came out and said no to charging us and to just cancel the reservation. The front desk lady was plain rude.
