The room I was given was entirely different from what was shown in the pictures during booking. Despite booking a private room, I was initially provided with a dormitory room I had to switch rooms twice, which was extremely inconvenient. There were no toiletries in the room. There was no geyser in the room, making it difficult to bath in cold weather. The receptionist was quite rude and unhelpful throughout the stay.

Only good thing about the property was its location and big halls to sit around.

The property is not at all recommended for a decent stay. They have posted the wrong picture of deluxe rooms. When I reached the property, they offered me a third class room with seepage. They have given the room to someone else and were forcing me to take room in another property. Finally they made me to wait till 5pm to give a room that too very poor. While all this was going on, many couples were coming in randomly and they were getting rooms which was strange because I was told that there are no rooms. Please block and remove this property from Booking.com as it not good for platform image and services.

Lift not working! Hv to carry through steps,let it b first floor or 2nd floor!!

Staff keep us waiting for 1 hour although it was a pre-booked stay and after the room allotted their was no door for the washroom and after the complaint the tell us to adjust and didn’t provide the other room and we had to leave the hotel at 7:00 Pm in the unknown city.

It’s a great property in an amazing location! The vibe is very nice. the staff is friendly and helpful.
