Nothing can like for me and my family

I made a reservation for a deluxe room through Booking.com, but upon arrival, I was provided a different room with fungus on the walls, which was also unclean. Despite my request to change rooms, as I am accompanied by my one-year-old daughter and four-year-old son, the hotel did not accommodate this request. Despite having other vacant rooms, they did not make the change and there is also no hot water available in my current room. The lack of assistance and unsanitary conditions have caused both of my children to fall ill.

We have not one positive thing to say

Stay away from this place. Reception people were rude and dismissive. Hotel is in very poor area and everything is very dirty. Room did not have a window at all, it was a bunker with peeling dirty paint. Toilet and shower were dirty. Lift did not work and we were in 2 nd floor. Nobody helped us. It was extremely noisy, room was right above the street and the noise continued until early morning. Other people we met there were complaining too and saying that they got no sleep. I literally felt unsafe and advertisement or price did not match the reality at all.

I liked the location and the near by Veg Restaurant.

On Deluxe room They didn't provide check-in on time. We requested for early check-in, which they agreed, but on reaching there check-in happened only at 1pm, which is as per their plan. Room was entirely different than what's in the picture. No proper walls for the room,, no cupboards, no iron facility as mentioned in room description. Toilets are just ok, adjusted with toilet seat covers. No pipe, bucket and mug options. Hand showers were leaky and need to close the valve each time. TV wasn't turning on. AC was loud wnough to wake us up. I had ever worst fried rice from their restaurant, couldn't eat even 1/4th of it. I didn't take photos, but I have videos of some. I'm not able to upload it here.

Mosquitos in the bathroom, dirty beddings

It was really a wonderful stay at Thc . Staff is very friendly and helping.. I stayed for a week and now feeling to stay here only in my next trip. Also ambience is so vibrant where everyone gets connected and build networking. Overall a great place to stay!! Highly recommended...
