Great location close to buses and train station. Entrance is in a clean, quiet alley which allows for quiet stay without road or other noise. Very clean property with comfortable beds and pillows.

Check in is a little clunky as the front desk isn't staffed 24 hours.

Great location close to Kyoto station but not busy or loud like other touristy parts of Kyoto. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They had everything we needed plus extras readily available on the lobby.

It’s hard to find something negative to say about this place. My only note is that there’s not always staff in the lobby but they do leave a contact phone number if you need anything. Other than that, we found everything to be great!
