The place is very nice and the location is good. Be prepared to have some humidity smell, it's located in a basement, though it has a proper window.

"Good value for money close to the city centre"

Convenient location about 20 min walk from the city centre, and close to the tram stop. Equipment is basic but it's good value for that price. As others mentioned, there's a bit of a humidity smell because it's in a basement, but I kept the window open as much as possible so it didn't bother me too much. The owner was friendly and answered questions quickly.

The apartment surroundings were very quiet, however there was an annoying noise coming from the bathroom's pipes, which disturbed my sleep. If you're not such a light sleeper as I am though, you should be OK. I notified the owner and he said he would look into it.
