I just wanted to share some feedback about my experience. When I arrived, there was no one to meet me at the apartment, and I didn’t receive the keys in person or get any explanation on how to use the appliances or open the door. The instructions you sent felt more like a puzzle — “go to the building door, find a box with a password, go up the stairs, then down the stairs, look for another box…” It was quite confusing and tiring, especially for someone who might be older, unfamiliar with the place, or just exhausted after a long trip. It felt like the focus was only on preserving the apartment and its items, rather than welcoming the guest or making things easier. There were so many instructions, and I felt a bit overwhelmed by the strict expectations. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving future guests' experiences.
