Room was spacious

The washrooms were horrible. Stains on commodes. No ventilation in washroom.Very smelly. Further when called to reception ,nobody was sent to understand the issue. The breakfast was booked on their insistence but there was no seating arrangement and the breakfast was over, further on expressing our dissatisfaction,they provided the breakfast.

We liked the breakfast at the restaurant. Although the options were limited, the items we ordered were tasty.

The moment we stepped into our rooms, there was a foul smell in the bathroom. Later, after we raised our concern, they put a bathroom freshner. Overall, the bathroom we smelly and not clean. They should improve the higiene of the rooms for what is charged.

The property was very clean.

It is good . Stay was so comfort and feel good in staying . Staff approaches are good.

Cost and no complimentary breakfast even I booked a family.suit room, during morning they buffet breakfast for 160 INR but none bothered to clean the wet floors in dining area though it was raining.. foul smell in dining rooms
