The room was not cleaned and hot water is also not available . Toiletries are not provided … I had taken suit room which is not worth for the room charges ..

The staff was really helpful especially Revathi who was in charge.

Need to call the staff if something already mentioned in the facilities while booking missing in room however they have provided it later.
