The purpose of our visit was to visit the Tirumala temple; therefore, we were looking for a hotel at the foothills of Tirupati. Location is ideal. They should mention the distance to Tirumala from the hotel. The bed was decently arranged. Good that they provided a kettle for boiling water and tea/coffee. This was useful. Staff were friendly.

- The tea cups in the room were stained and appeared not so clean. We had to ask them to replace them, but we got steel cups instead (See photo) - had to request for toilet paper - Stained towels (See photo) - The bathroom was not very clean, and there was no place to hang towels, as well as no place to store shampoo and soap inside the shower area. (See photo) - TV noise from other rooms - Water leak below the sink

staff behavior and accommodation very good .I have to give thanks to who staff of hotel Sunil and his assistant for entertainment and help us like a friend.
