Beautiful resort just outside coron town which is nice because the town itself is quite dirty and noisy. You do have to get the boat to and from the resort so can't walk into town but to be honest this adds to the experience and the staff and boatmen are very nice and accommodating. The staff were very helpful at organising transfer to the airport and doing laundry. The pool is lovely and views from the hotel are beautiful.

Not really a negative as we knew it going in but there is not really hot water for the shower as it is solar powered and despite good weather never really heats up but just letting people know.

Im Wasser vor dem Hotel konnte man nicht schwimmen aufgrund der Quallen,etc. in den Mangroven

L’établissement se trouve sur une presqu’île de Coron. Il faut y accéder en bateau. L’hôtel propose des navettes tout au long de la journée. Le restaurant au bord de la mangrove La piscine à débordement Le prêt de kayak pour faire le tour de l’île La végétation L’amabilité du personnel L’accueil et l’aide apportée Les massages Le restaurant, les petits déjeuners (un peu cher)

В описании номера на Букинге нигде не указано, что в номере отсутствует горячая вода в душе Менеджер отеля написал мне это уже после бронирования и оплаты номера На просьбы поменять номер или сделать бесплатную отмену бронирования (без штрафных санкций), т.к. я вынуждена отменить бронь не по своей вине, а по причине обмана/недосказанности в описании номера, представитель отеля просто больше чем на сутки перестал мне отвечать Спустя более суток, мне ответили, что моё нежелание это моя проблема, ссылаясь почему-то на наличие вентилятора, номер они сдать кому-то ещё уже не успеют, поэтому денег они мне не вернут. Вот такой отличный сервис Горячая линия Букинга (молодцы) решила вопрос в течение 10 минут, и на основании моей жалобы мне вернули деньги и отменили бронь
