Old cheap beds, no wall decor, rooms too plain

Rien, réservation annulée sans prévenir. hôte qui ne répond pas au téléphone...;

L'hôte a annulé la commande sous un prétexte fallacieux (problème de carte imaginaire. Nous sommes restés 10 jours et avons séjourné dans 5 hôtels sans problème) et 30 minutes avant notre arrivée. Hôtel difficilement trouvable. Aucun accueil et personne sur place. Pas de sonnerie. Le téléphone donné ne répond pas malgré de très nombreux appels. Aucune réponse au message laissé. A fuir ! grâce à Booking nous avons trouvé une solution de repli. Heureusement que nous avions une voiture de location. Scandaleux. Cet établissement n'a rien à faire sur Booking

I liked that it was warm because I visited during the winter.

First, I get to the address provided which was a flower shop. I call the guy that I was instructed to call when I got there and he told me that, since my credit card hadn’t been charged, I need to pay in cash, via CashApp or via Zelle to be provided my lodging. Then he leaves me with a female employee, of the flower shop, who takes me to the room, it wasn’t AT ALL what I had reserved, which was across the street from the flower shop. The room, it was a room with a bathroom but I had reserved a 2 bedroom apartment, wasn’t cleaned, the cleaning lady was cleaning although I asked for an early check-in so I assumed it would be ready when I arrived, so I had to wait 10-15 minutes for her to finish. When I go inside, what I expected to be a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room and bathroom, I realize it was a room with a bathroom. The room had a few blankets and one of the pillows provided was missing a pillow cover. The bathroom had no shower curtain, no shampoo, no conditioner, no body soap, no bath mat and no towel, most lodging provides all of these amenities. I had to ask the female employee at the flower shop for a towel and body soap, she proceeds to leave hand soap although there was already hand soap in the bathroom. When I showered the water would get all over the floor because there was no curtain. When I made the reservation I looked at the pictures and description on their Booking site and it stated the reservation was for a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room and bathroom and what I got was nothing like what was described on the site nor on my email confirmation when I made the reservation. This is the worst lodging experience I have ever had and I implore Booking.com to verify that what the renters are providing lodging wise is exactly what they state on their website. The entire experience was very suspicious, weird and horrible.

Nothing, it was in a back alley and nothing like the pictures. It was a makeshift room with a curtain to cover the door. Very tiny space and no room for luggage. The bathroom was so small that when you sat on the toilet your knees were touching the wall. The shower had no curtain so you couldn’t turn the shower head on all the way otherwise the water would flood the bathroom. The sink was so small you couldn’t fit both hands under the faucet at the same time. It was a horrible experience. There was so much trash and condom wrappers in the alley that led to the door. There was so much noise on the other side of the door that the lady claimed to be a closet and it was another person on the other side. There was no way to use the door as the handle was on the other side. They could have opened the door whenever they wanted to. Whenever they ran water, it would make a very loud noise through the pipes and wake us up.

Everything mentioned above. The room we were staying in was not the room I booked on the app. They texted me about when we would be arriving, then proceeded not to answer us. I called the number a few times and they didn’t answer. I called the number that was provided and they answered rudely and asked who it was and said someone would come out in a little bit. It was 20 degrees outside and it was midnight in an area we’ve never been before. They took a long time to come out and grab us. We didn’t feel safe in the area and it was a horrible experience.

No nos atendieron, encontramos al que alojaba de casualidad entrando a una tienda. No obligaron a pagar en efectivo, las camas estaban sin hacer y no teníamos ropa ni de cama ni de baño. No adjunto foto porq entre lo cansados que estábamos y el frío que pasamos esperando no teníamos fuerzas para ello

had an amazing stay at this lovely studio apartment on the West End in Brooklyn. The space is surprisingly roomy for a studio, beautifully kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot water in the shower was perfectgreat pressure and always warm when I needed it. The apartment also has both heat and AC, which made it easy to stay comfortable no matter the weather. Overall, it’s a cozy, quiet, and inviting spot that feels like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again!
