Brooklyn Beach Location

Easy to find,simple check in at the flower shop next door, good WhatsApp communication. Basic accommodation but good for a couple of nights. Close enough to subway and the beach area too

Where do you really start? How about actual photos of what people are booking ? This is beyond far from what is pictured it was basically 1 small room no doors with a couch and bed 1 foot away from eachother No hot water Until the morning Toilet didn’t work I couldn’t get in without having to call for them to unlock the apartment through a ring App bc the codes “don’t work” . And their communication is horrible. I called multiple times to make sure my arrival time I would be able to check in (between 3 & 4 Pm ) & was confirmed & told to call when I was outside so they could come out & give me the key. When I got there around 415 I called , the guy on the phone told me to go into the flower store to pick my key up . When I did so the man in the store told me it wouldn’t be ready until 630 because there is still people in it that “extended their stay ” after I asked multiple times through the day if it was ready & was told yes which I had somewhere to be a hour away by that time I was already running late after a 5 hour drive & needed to get ready (ended up having to get ready in the car) . With all the confusion I called the man on the phone back and he said he would give me a discount & the man in the store still proceeded to charge me full price when I didn’t actually end up getting back there & getting a code Untill almost 1 in the morning & the “apartment” was the size of a child’s nursery we felt like we were in a haunted dorm room

Location was great, no dedicated parking but plenty of things within walking distance.

This is a 3rd story unit with no elevator. The rooms are adjacent but not walled off, so the bedrooms are not private.

Fake location pictures don't match, dirty toilet not working, address on site doesn't match the real address had to call as couldn't find it only for them to offer a dingy little 2 room place with no windows when we refused and stated that this is not what we had booked we were taken to another ran down building no windows broken toilet which was absolutely filthy with hoards of unsavory characters hanging out and smoking outside the building we did not feel safe at all. As it was too late to find somewhere else we stayed for the night and left as soon as possible 1st thing in the morning
