"One of the bleakest stays we have had in a very very long time. not 4 star and not worth the money."

The staff were very friendly particularly during dinner time.

There were many things we didn’t like about this property. we paid for a deluxe hotel but it was by no means deluxe. The room felt dirty with extremely old, run down chairs & sofa and dirty curtains. The toilet stopped working as soon as we arrived and wouldn’t flush. The shower leaked. There were flies everywhere. Paint was coming off the walls.

Good view from rooms

Price charged was significantly higher than booking.com quote. Staff took more than 45 min for check out, lacked English. Breakfast was not good. Coffee was abysmal. Pool bathrooms were not clean. Parking was limited and we were parked in for another 20 minutes after the painful 45 min check out. This hotel needs to invest in training staff

Great jumping off point for the Annapurna circuit! Staff was able to help set up jeep ride to Jagat with no problem. Food in the restaurant was delicious, best paneer butter masala.

Fantastic support from the staff, they helped us figure out transport from Kathmandu and went above and beyond to make sure we arrived / had a warm welcome at 11pm! Great, comfortable room and delicious breakfast.
