The accommodation and facilities were spot on and I cannot complain. The staff was excellent and made us feel welcome and was willing to accommodate any special request we had at the time. The location was next to the beach which was awesome and really beautiful.

I think they could have provided some mode of travel around the property because our bungalow was all the way to the back and even a bicycle would have been great or golf carts as its a huge property to get around. Be prepared to walk for 5-10 mins to get to the reception and pool area if your bungalows are at the 200 numbers on the property.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the main centres of Malta. Excellent pool facilities and never had to fight for a sun-bed at either the main pool or quiet pool areas. Accommodation as described plus cleaned 4 times over 10 day stay with fresh towels etc. Good size fridge for stocking up on drinks and food whilst self catering. On site restaurant is of reasonable quality and pretty much standard like others in the area.

We got unlucky and our villa was one of the furthest away from the pool making it a long walk in the heat. The shop was a little expensive for some items especially fresh fruit. The seating within the villa was not the most comfortable and not many English Channels other than news.

The bungalows design is thought through nicely, the rooms are big and located on different sides of the building, so the sound doesn't travel from room to room easily. The kitchen is fully equipped for the comfortable stay, there was really everything needed for cooking. Huge hotel territory, a lot of benches on the way, good for an easy evening walk. The hotel has private tunnel to the beach, it's very nice shortcut to avoid crossing the road with child.

The service was terrible. It started with me writing to the reception for 3 days asking to arrange the airport pickup, when it was finally arranged, the price differ, instead of promised €35 the driver took €38 and wasn't keen to give €2 change. The transfer back to the airport hasn't happened at all. When we came to reception at 4:15 a.m. there wasn't promised and paid-for taxi waiting for us, there wasn't anybody at all. And eventually we had to arrange our transfer ourselves, pay for it again, because the security officer (the only available person from the staff at night and very hard to find) was absolutely useless. After check-in nobody cared to show us around or at least take us to the bungalow, all we got were vague general directions and an envelope-map. Off you go with your suitcases. But inside of the envelope there was a huge list of what you can not do, like we're renting a golden palace, not a limestone bungalow. The opening hours of the swimming pool are till 7p.m. (this is very secret information, wasn't so easy to learn), but sometimes there is huge "don't enter" sign on stairs already at 6 p.m. and even if there isn't, the janitor is already packing the stuff around you, I saw him taking an umbrella off its stand and packing it when there was person using this umbrella still laying on a sunbed. Our things left on the sunbed were taken away while we were in another pool after 6 p.m. and simply transferred to the janitor's storage room. Overall, the service in the hotel seems to be built "help yourself" way, everything you need to ask for, request, find out, etc. I've never had to have so much interaction with a receptionist in my life.

The burges and sweet patato fries were excellent. The meet was big and fresh and french fries were very good. Also non alcoholic coctails were very good and well presented.

The salad meals in the restaurant were too small, consisted 99% of spinach, no taste at all. This dishes should be elevated or removed from the menu.
