The Flamingo Experience

The views - stunning! tea selection at the self-serve bar, clean drinking water and ice!, comfortable bed, access to the beach, laundry, neighborhood beach (20 min walk) is really nice and empty, very very very nice staff (except for the main host/owner).

Construction next door starts at 7am, the room blocks an impressive amount of noise, but is not magical. There is a lot of ongoing construction on that beach in general and the beach is quite busy (but not so, if you are used to Waikiki or some other overbuilt beach/city atmosphere, where you and neighbors see/hear each other's balcony party/family drama)...  Unlike many other guests, we unfortunately didn't find the host Ali very friendly, a few times I asked for pointers on surfing and the road, I felt I was putting him out.. There were occasional glimpses of friendliness, helpfulness and even kindness, but the impression was that he was either done hosting or maybe very affected by his recent injury, as "don't bother me" attitude was swiftly back. Ali was almost always at the common/pool area, when we were using it... Frania, the co-host, was nice to us the whole time. 

מקום קסום ומושלם, צופים ממיטת החדר על הבריכה ועל כל איזור הים מגבוה, ממש גן עדן מבחינת הנוף והיופי של המקום. המלון מונה רק שלושה חדרים , קטן ובוטיקי עלי ואשתו מדהימים וכך גם הצוות לא היה לנו צורך לצאת וגם אכלנו שם את ארוחות הערב שהכין שף פרטי מקומי. מתוך ציון של 10 נותנת 20.

לא הבנתי למה לא ניקו את החדר אבל לדעתי אם הייתי מבקשת היו מנקים אז הסתפקתי בלבקש מגבות חדשות

Everything was perfect.

There were a few ants in my room but that’s Nature.

The location is superb, with wonderful beaches and excellent restaurants close by.

The owners are absolutely wonderful, kind, and willing to help in every way possible. Sincerely, I want to say they made the experience so much more than expected.

Everything! The location is unique, it’s the best complex in the area with the best view of the sunset and the beach. Breakfast was very good and all the staff was very polite and helpful. Ali the host and his wife are great people with true care on what they do. Every detail on the complex is carefully selected with the best materials and you will be amazed with the result. It was great being there and we regret we didn’t book more days to stay.
