Honestly, nothing. This was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever faced as a frequent traveller. The way the property handled our booking and treated us was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Even after being in contact with the property before arrival, they refused our stay at the very last moment after we had already reached Dehradun and visited the property. If they required advance payment, they should have clearly informed us beforehand through phone or Booking.com messages. Instead, they kept silent and suddenly denied the booking after our arrival. This caused us huge inconvenience, stress, and unnecessary expenses during a busy weekend when finding another accommodation at the last minute was extremely difficult. It honestly felt like they may have cancelled our confirmed booking because they found guests willing to pay more for the weekend. I strongly request Booking.com to take strict action against such properties that misuse the trust and reputation of this platform and refuse genuine guests based on their own convenience. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
