Property is neat and well maintained

Price for some items in the menu is too high like poha and Upma

the staff was very nice, room was spacious and comfortable.

the location of the room could've been nicer as we were by the reception that disturbed in the morning

The apartment was clean, the staff was helpful and responsive .the location is very much in the middle of the city which makes it accessible to every corner . Car parking was safe .

The very first mood spoiler was One bathroom over two bedrooms that too common. Very very problematic if you have kids along. Secondly, the living room area's AC was out of service . Thirdly, kitchen provided is just 3 walls no facility of even a kettle is given .i had to ask for it as i had a 6month old baby with me Fourth, one refrigerator kept in the common for the complete floor accommodation more than 20 guests approx. No privacy for that very matter . I booked for a garden view room which had additional charges , but was handed over a different room with no view . No towels provided in the washroom .
