Pour les sportifs : une piste d’athlétisme est à proximité du logement (5 mnt en voiture) et accessible même pour les touristes

Great position, silent and quiet with a beautiful view. The apartment is big and fully equipped (parking, hairdryer, washing, air conditioner, oven, microwave oven, clothes dryer, dishwasher)

The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place, the host is very friendly and helpful, the view is beautiful.

For our family of four we found it to be comfortable with most amenities needed for a pleasant stay. It was a great location for trips around the island. The washer and dryer were fantastic. The beds were very comfortable, spacious terrace, plenty of storage space and there were enough towels for all of us. However, there were issues.

On our second night there was an infestation of what appeared to be gnats. We killed hundreds, I assure you that is not an exaggeration. The second night we fumigated with bug spray and had to endure the poisonous smell for hours and still had to kill hundreds. The host, Liliana, was very responsive at first and then suddenly never followed up after our third night. We did learn to spray the doors and windows keeps all lights off at night to keep the bugs at bay, but it was quite a disaster for a few nights. The most disconcerting aspect was the level of concern (lack thereof)expressed by the host. The location and place is wonderful but the gnat issue is just too terrible to deal with and I would not recommend anyone to stay there. Such a shame. Please note we have travelled to many different climates and regions, bugs are not new to us, but never had we experienced this magnitude.

Great view from the upfront terrace. Big living room with sofa, 2 bedrooms and one bath. Fully equipped kitchen. All clean and arranged with taste. Comfortable beds. Washing machine and dryer available. Coffee machine and capsules available. Very nice and friendly host. We had fresh fruits and wine. Self check in with lock box. Parking space in front of the house garage.

A bit far from Ponta do Sol: 50 min walk. 12-13eur with taxi. Located on a pretty steep street.
