The advertised price and close proximity to where we were going

We didnt get to event check in or stay at the property. Booked and paid for the accomodation and where we were due to recieve check-in instruactions for the hosts we were told that the place is no longer available. We then had to wait for a week for our refund to be processed. We were travelling on a tight Budget is this was a huge inconvenience.

Nothing

The place was not clean. I found men's boxers in the room and contacted the host and did not receive any response. Equally the bathroom was dirty and I have photo evidence of this. There was no duvet and only blankets. The blankets did not smell well and one of them was dirty as there was a tape stick on it. It looked like the place was not cleaned properly before my arrival.

Excellent location, good facilities, a quiet and comfortable room with excellent support and advice from the host

I was given alternative accommodation as the place I booked required repairs. The host was very supportive and helpful. The room I stayed in was well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Accessing the room required climbing a lot of stairs and the door lock was a little flimsy but for me these were minor issues.

No blind/curtain to block out the window on the front

Basically tye host mixed locate me to different place so I left the the property on Saturday instead Sunday cose the shower was blocked I couldn't have my shower and the sink was tiny. I did not appreciate my stayed🤨
