Efficient entry procedure well organised and clear instructions. Clean room and en suite.

The shared facilities were not very clean or tidy due to dirty plates and cups left by other visitors. There was no washing up liquid and the damp/ overflowing bin smell was a bit off putting so we did not use the shared facilities as much as we had intended to. It was also very hot in the room despite the fan and the sofa bed extra sheets and bedding were not as nice or clean as the main bedding set.

How clean and tidy the room and facilities are.

the location is not good, i saw their advertising is 50 squre meters, but the landloard put the share kicthen in together, that was misleading. the whole room is less than 20 squre meters. and our flights was late, we asked to stay 2 hours more, but was refused, he did give us one hour langer, but we have always get extra stay time when we stayedin other place. we will never book the room again.

I'd really really like to make people aware that the owner is very very disappointing his attitude is appalling I'm very very shaken up by his threats I suffer from extreme anxiety and a difficult some weeks weeks with arthritis so my ratting would be 0-4 unfortunately.

Organized, clean, everything new, no complaints, good communication, very attentive to any need, very good coexistence with the neighbors.
