Location, cleanliness, friendliness, range of food options, à la carte restaurant especially Turkish. Bodrum itself was great to explore by Segway experience.

Not so much didn’t like - but entertainment wasn’t as varied as when came 3 years ago. Live music was poor and shows repetitive. Needed some more options. Service in 24/7 for drinks very slow (maybe more staff needed?)

Genel anlamda herşey mükemmeldi. Kötü yorum yapanları gerçekten anlamıyorum. Maalesef ki kötü yorumların çoğunluğu da kendi ülkemiz insanlar tarafından yapılmış bu durumun kendi memnuniyetsizliğimizle ilgili olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bir kere odalar ve eşyalar gayet yeniydi her yerde eski diye yorum yapılmıştı, aksini iddia ediyorum. Resepsiyonda Sultan Hm, Omlet de Ayşe Hm, Ana Restaurant da Semanur Hn, Hasan bey, Bar da Barış bey, Rizeli barmen (Hasan? ) , Bingo ekibi👍🏻 genel anlamda tüm personel bir tanesinden bile negatif bir davranış görmedik. Yorulsalar dahi sempatikdiler. Şefler harika menüler çıkarmışlar bir yemeği bir öğünde gördükten sonra diğer öğünlerde altımüstüne getirilip konulmadı, hep farklıydı. Ve lezzetliydiler. Odaya 2. Gün getirilen şarap jesti de çok nazikçeydi. Lütfen özellikle Türkçe yorumları değil yabancı yorumları dikkate alın daha gerçekçi👍🏻

Olumsuz değil ama geliştirilebilir yönleri söyleyebilirim. Asansör düğmelerindeki rakamları. Yanına hangi bölüme gidildiği yazılabilir. İki asansör olunca karışıyor.( lobi, havuz var vb) Öenüye köfte harici kırmızı et takviye edilebilir. Bir de bebek arabalarını kullanabilmek için bir alternatif düşünülebilir, merdivenler zorlayıcı olabiliyor . Geri kalan herşey muhteşemdi🌟

Единственный плюс это кондитер хороший.

Все остальное отвратительно. Начиная с персонала заканчивая дизайном и вообще продуманностью отеля. Еда честно не вкусная. Персонал супер формалисты. Вроде улыбаются, вроде обсуждают, но блин все это так не искренне. И это сразу же выявляется когда начинаешь что нибудь просить. Сразу у всех моя хата с краю. Нервы можно себе измотать. Короче отель живи, ничего не проси, кушай что дают
