الغرف صغيره وهناك سلالم كثيره لا نصح فيه لكبار السن وحجزت غرفه مطله ع البحر الموظفه أعطتني غرفه في الدور الأرضي وغير مطله ع البحر ورجعت واعطوني غرفه مطله كان تصرف غريب منهم مع ان الفندق غير مزدحم ؟

Most Staff were friendly. The food in 7/24 bar.

We got paint on our clothes from newly painted dining room chairs. When we told staff they Said we can’t do anything. Even told reception they said we can’t do anything sorry. The mocktails were bad I tried a few none tasted good.

Property was absolutely spotless clean . Drinks and deserts were top class . Staff were very helpful

We’re not fussy eaters but the all inclusive is the same every night . Food isn’t great if your fussy don’t be expecting to eat Anything other than a desert

The stay at this hotel was wonderful. The live music was fantastic. The food was incredibly delicious and the merch was excellent. The views from the hotel were incredible. The grounds were spacious and the beach was great.

The rooms in 1431 were not up to date. The sofa could have been dry-cleaned, and there were bleach stains on the faucets and showers in the bathroom. It was as if the hotel hadn't had a thorough cleaning before opening for the season.I understand it's off-season, but there was a complete lack of entertainment. There's an hour-long dance in the lobby in the evening. It's clear that almost no one dances; there's no space for it (although they could have held outdoor dances), no active entertainers to attract people, and no contests. There was only one active male entertainer. The girls came out during the day, danced their dance for a minute, and that was it.
