Room where not ready at check in only at 15:30. No towels in our room . Coffee machine didn’t work. No bath tub prop. Sliding doors didn’t want to lock. Only one glass in the cupboard

Aircon in the room

The room was still dirty when we got into the room. The rooms were not clean and ready to check in at 2pm like they said. In the one toom their was only one towel, and the towel was not in a good condition. One room had extra coffee satches, and the one room only had 4 capsules for the machine. The key card on the one room gave a lot of problems and we had to go to the reception more than once to fix the card

Having the extra space was good

The bathroom was cramped and it was not possible to use the bath. The hotel could do with an update and the tap water was very heavily chlorinated.

The Location , was close to where we needed to be

the rooms need to updated as everting is old in the room and aircon was not working

Location and the beautiful house/hotel

The shower door needed to be fixed as water leaked out.

I like the location and it is such a beautiful hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Poor maintenance and not very clean. Breakfast they wanted to charge R240 but there was almost no food left. The first night we wanted to sit at the fireplace and was informed they have no wood and will only be available by monday. The shower was in the bath, and was the same height as my face, such an uncomfortable shower, the glass piece were broken so you could not put any of your shower stuff there and had to make a plan. The walls all had marks on them that looked like they were there for ages. A simple wipe would have done the trick. The stairs and outside floor were so dirty and for a 4 star hotel that is very poor. Just overall poor management of the facility. I would rather have paid a bit more and stayed at another hotel. I would not stay at this place again.
