Courtyard Hotel Arcadia

The location of the hotel is convenient and the security is good. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, and very well equipped. The hotel grounds are lovely and the reception building quite grand with good amenities. Lovely pool and good gym facilities as well. Walking distance to all the main areas to visit in Pretoria.

The meals were lacking, a long wait for dinner meals, although good value and tasty when arrived, we did have a problem with the wait time. Breakfast is a bit pricey and not as good as it has been in previous years.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. Had both dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and both were excellent.

No dislikes really to mention, the infrastructure is a bit dated, but nothing that really detracted much from my stay.

The property is in good location and has good gardens

When we got there after booking queen studio with pool view, the gave us a terrible smelling room far from other rooms, when we complained they said we shouldn’t have booked through booking. Com as its not truthful.. they gave us a different room was better but with no tv and kettle. They kept supplying daily coffee for one person. I think this a place for white people, the stuff is not serving blacks very well
