Food first night, a lot of shortage on stock No ham salami for pizza No draught Windhoek larger Catch of the day small piece of fish hake price R170 Menu very small with little to choose from No dessert No bar snacks 4 option No droe word No biltong No roasted nuts No food and beverage manager on duty Only one staff member on duty cooking and being waitress Sad very sad service in restaurant Breakfast over priced R240 Bacon dry and tough Flies on muffins and croissants Flavourless orange and apple juice Mushrooms was smelling bag could not eat it at all Chef at service very unfriendly Fresh fruit was cut previous day, discoloured and not looking very fresh at all Lounge barmen unfriendly does not even greet as I was sitting their before he opened up, decided to leave and not order any drinks Again no food and beverage manager on duty Amazing their was two slices of ham and salami at breakfast, not enough for all the guests Chef did not know the flavour of the muffins Over all my food experience was very disappointing. Arriving at reception to check in she told me check out is at 10h30, no knowing it is actually at 11h00 Management does not exist at this hotel on staff with no direction Spend on dinner and breakfast R735.00 Money wasted on really bad service, and stock shortage
