The staff are absolutely the best...Friendly and in a family kind of way....they recognized me although I had not been there for two years....some staff have been there for manymanymany years -- that to me is a good sign. And then of cause the beautiful green and lush environment.

Maintenance man very good.all staff very good.

Tv in room broken..kettle dirty with black stuff inside..coffee machine not working..no towels in room..order food from ale carte menu.half come as ordered and others not.eg beef curry with bread....curry arrived no rotti/naan bread..sorry we run out of it long ago..ask for coke and sparkling water...none we run out of it.gate security on phone whilst we wait at gate even when we press car hooter.take time to open as if he does us a favour. On booking room we ask for grounfloor due to my knee and steps yet they put us on top floor.one can see room inside maintenance bad.water on ceiling when it rain the saturday night.water marks on ceiling room 31.worst hotel experience ever

Cutlery consisted of one knife and one teapoon, only one bath towel, shower not cleaned, previous occupants soap still in soap holder, dustbin door falling off when opening, indications to room inadequate/missing.

Nothing

The room was dirty. Had leaks. pillow cases had make-up stains. The audacity to offer breakfast for the inconvenience—if the room is dirty, how am I supposed to trust the kitchen is clean?
