The entire property was good enough in every aspect. The owner was a nice person.

The owner must inform that what could a guest use in their property and what is chargeable.I have had a little argument on mineral water bottles with the owner. Location is not good.Restaurant and snacks points are far away,however you can have the eatable stuffs from zomato, swiggy, blinkit.

Do not book this place. All the reviews here seem to be planted. The host is very hostile and rude. This place is a complete scam… I was told that on the check in date, caretaker will not be available but will help us to check in the place on time. Even after telling them the arrival time in advance, my family consisting of 4 members of more than 70 years of age had to wait outside the gate in peak heat for more than 35 minutes. Finally after checkin in, the caretaker suggested them to had home cooked food for some money and insisted on providing them home cooked food. Later that day, the owner Princi started calling them to make the final payment one day before checkout and started harassing them. She wanted the money even before we could check out and harassed whole family by calling them multiple times. When we told her that we will be making the full payment only while checking out, she asked her caretaker to not cook food for the family at night. Late night, they had to go outside to have food in a restaurant. After everything, on the check out morning, Mr Shubham came down and apologised to everyone for their behaviour but it was a gimmick. Later that day, we got a phone call from the caretaker that the towels was burnt with a steam iron. This allegation was put on us when they did not even provide a steam iron. As per some other reviews on top, we can see that this towel story is an old gimmick that they do with the guests. I have also raised a serious complaint to booking.com team and they have acted on it. Being a priority member ( genius level 3), my complaint was taken on priority. I would request you all to not book this place and stay away from these scamsters. Below is the picture attached of the towel that they sent us claiming that we burnt this.. even when no iron was provided. Be careful guys. Attaching the picture with the review for everyone to be careful. Now that I am exposing their business, they will try to put allegations in the guests ..

The property was good, with all the requisite amenities.

The host was super rude. When we asked for little things like hand towels, instead of answering politely, we were told that this is not a hotel. When we checked out, we informed the helper to check things but when we left, the host called and started complaining that something is missing and despite us saying we can pay, the host just kept on venting out with no solution. This was when the host lady didn't even come downstairs to stay a simple hello.
