We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location—close to everything we needed. Marko was super helpful and kind, and even let us leave our luggage there for the whole day after check-out, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

"Perfect place to stay on a trip to Bologna!"

Great location near places we wanted to go, comfortable bed, places to sit and eat, convenient washer and nice bathroom, lots of light. Our host met us at an unusual time (our flights were delayed, so we had to check in the next morning) and made an extra trip to bring us detergent for the washer. Excellent service! We would come here again.

"Superb"

Had a great time. We had a two hour early check in free of charge, so we didn't have to put our bags in any storage facilities. Place was nice, spacious and well kept. The gentleman who let us in was very helpful with recommendations of restaurants and city transport.

Jut a minor thing - the official check-out was at 10:00, upon arrival we were told it was okay to leave by 10:30. The last day we went out for breakfast and left our bags behind the front door of the flat. When we came back at approx. 10:20, the cleaning lady was already there and had the front door open while she was cleaning the bathroom. Our bags were left by the door unattended. The main entrance to the building was closed, but we still felt like it woul've been wiser to leave the door closed when our possesions were right by them.
