"The house manager is very accommodating and customer oriented."

Positive: It was at the center of the city and close to everything.

Negative: There was no lift and the common area is not well lighted and dirty (e.g., the steps going up). Parking was difficult. Area neighborhood is dirty (dog pooh in the street) and not well lighted.

Deco was nice, it was spacious enough for three people, fully equipped kitchen, location was great.

Very cold inside, they could of supplied some cheap slippers (we had to buy some as the floor was very cold) we also had to leave the heating on all day as the first night we couldn’t sleep due to the coldness. Unfortunately the neighbours above were very loud every evening to early hours of the morning so also supplying cheap ear plugs would be a nice gesture as we also had to buy some.
