Stayed for 6 hours returning key and checked out to be told a full refund would be made so stayed at another hotel only to be told through booking.com that the property have declined a refund even with proof of length of stay and video of the conversation with staff

Stay there for 3 days 2 night for celebrating our wedding anniversary. Staff did a small deco on our bed . Staff were really helpful even help us bring luggage to the villa. They were polite & warm welcoming us . The ambience and view was superb plus got pool .

Maybe can upgrade iron and iron board to every room. And service Aircond's since it not cold even adjust the temperature
