Takahuri Glamping Domes

Beautiful setting, away from it all. Loved the dome experience, the big window looking out at river cliffs was amazing. Very comfy bed

Far away from hustle and bustle, we spent our time walking, swimming, or just sitting with a book. Perfect break.

Tents got quite hot during the day and mosquito net didn't like to stay in place.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful grounds and a particularly scenic spot. We I'll be back to camp.

At this price point (Dome glamping) you would expect to have a private shower connected to the accomodation. The one to use is a short walk to the communal kitchen area. Plenty of hot water though. Nice powerful shower.

It’s in a great location close enough to town to go get groceries but also far enough away to get some peace and quiet. There were lots of trails and close to the river.

Driving on the gravel road to get there made us a little nervous but it was fine.

Dome are really spacious, all the comfort you need.

Amazing location! Fabulous domes - super luxurious, well-appointed, very tastefully decorated. Everything present that one required to have an amazing stay. Showers were fab, kitchen well-appointed, tidy & clean. Fire brazier was a magical touch at night, walking/cycling tracks around property were fun too.

My car (a little low in the front!) did not like the bumpy gravel road in - but that's the car's fault.

Loved its uniqueness, its isolation, the setting and the peace and quiet that came as a result of all of this

The metal road but I accept the reason for why it’s so.
