Beach Apartments Rafael

I visited the local beach three minutes away, Puntamika Beach - 10 minutes walk, quiet place, 45 minutes walk to the old town, near the bus stop, near the apartment there is a shop with everything you need and a good restaurant. Very clean apartments and nice staff, allowed to stay in the room for 30 min longer than it should, but you can leave your belongings for safekeeping at any time convenient for you. Come on holiday with your own cleaning products and tea . Everything is great, thanks for the holiday!

Very clean, amazing location and lovely hosts

I highly tecommend this apartment. It is impeccably clean and very well equipped. Although it is in urban setting its very quiet and just steps away from the beach and grocery store, restaurants and bars. Bus stop to the city center 50 m away. Very reliable wi fi , air con as well as gated parking.

Nothing to dislike

Very friendly and helpful host. Location is great very convenient. Based in a quieter area but only a very short ride away from Old town. Right beside a shop and a beach and also in walking distance of cafes and restaurants. There is also a bus stop very close to the apartment as well which goes to old town.

Well equipped apartment with everything you need for a self catering holiday although you will need to bring your own toiletries as only handsoap is supplied in bathroom. Good WiFi. Owner's father, Michael, lives downstairs, always on hand for any problems & especially good for the odd glass of wine! Car park within apartment complex. Quiet area in easy walking distance of local cafes & restaurants. Supermarket & decent restaurant right on corner opposite bus stop to town. Rather than catch the bus, a 25 min walk along the seafont will take you to the little rowing boat ferry service to Zadar old town & all the amenities there. Cost €1.20 pp. Walk 15 mins from apartment to Borik sandy beach via the marina with bars & restaurants. Would recommend a 1.5hr walking tour of Zadar which is full of history & boat trip to islands is a must.

Could have done with some more local information in the apartment. We relied on our phones for info.

Everything was alright. My plane was late but that was no problem to check in in the middle of the night. The place was clean. A lot of towels. Nice beach 10 minutes away. The neighbourhood is peaceful and really nice. I'll come back for sure.

Nice apartment with marina view and balcony with small but perfectly equipped kitchen , off street , secure parking, very close to nice beaches (Uskok and Puntamika)close to store and restaurant Galija( we visited that restaurant and food was great).

It’s a bit far away from city centre so if you want to be close to city centre is probably not for you. However you can take a bus and bus stop is nearby or have a nice , long walk along the coastline .

Easy access to the city. Quiet area

Bedding felt rough on skin and two single sheets on bed made sleep uncomfortable. There should have been a warmer top blanket. Was not impressed with the attitude of the host on arrival. We arrived 30imin early and only asked to leave cases. Which he was not happy,but gave us entry. The television remote did not work properly this should have been checked before arrival and the host did not have a clue. He called in a friend who couldn't fix the problem. He gave us another tv in the end. You should be able to walk into accommodation and switch on tv not hang around because something hasn't been checked.
