The location is fantastic, very good supermarket nearby, great beach is 5 minutes away. The rooms are spacious, very clean. All you need is in the room. The hosts are lovely, friendly and helpful.

Location was good in a nice area, about a 25 minute walk to the old town / centre of Zadar, Rafael is a wonderful person and made us feel very welcome, very nice to talk to and gave us advice on local restaurants, local beach, best way to walk to Zadar old town and gave us information on the best buses to catch. Great apartment, very clean and good facilities, kitchen area is small but that didn't effect us, big bedroom with plenty cloth of hanging space, bathroom a good size with a good shower.

Decent apartment and nice location to a fair price.

The hospitality of the host as you always felt like you were being watched and did not have full privacy. The father was in several occasions nagging about something with a lot of gesturing, bus as he had no english skills, communication was hard - everything from shouting outside our apartment within our first hour, doing chores at our terrace "coincidentally" the second we came back from the beach, and letting us know for the 10th time when check out was insinuating we had no clue how time works. For some reasons he treated us like we were kids as he instead of a polite approach when notifying us, his appearance felt more aggressive and with a derogatory tone for the most part - but that may be because of their "regular guests" seeming to be a little bit older than in their late 20s as us and therefore treating us thereby. We did not feel as welcome as we hoped, and would probably not recommend this for younger people if you have other similar options.
