Loved the splash pool and the setting

Staff were unfriendly. Always had to fight for hot water. Coffee not filled up. Staff were never at their station.Towels were threadbare

Nothing. It was ugly.

The staff was of no help . Checking in took us 30 mins

Frühstück in Buffetform. Auf Wunsch Extras zB Spiegelei. Insgesamt entsprechend dem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis mittlere Qualität.

Lokalizacja hotelu zaraz przy plaży, obsługa bardzo miła, jedzenie w restauracji na plaży bardzo dobre.

Podczas pobytu 6-dniowego przez 3 dni w godzinach od 7:00 - 19:00 nie było prądu i tym samym dostępu do WF oraz brak możliwości skorzystania z części menu w restauracji np nie można było zamówić kawy czy pizzy. W pokoju dostępny zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty ale hotel zapewnił jedynie wodę (0.5 lit) i kawę +cukier (jedna saszetka jednorazowa) która starczyła na jeden dzień a później już nie uzupełniał. W innych hotelach woda, kawa, herbata są uzupełniane codziennie. Niezbyt ładne miejsce z leżakami na plaży, ciasno i nieprzyjemny zapach docierający z zatoki. Brak dodatkowych ręczników na plaży, trzeba było zabierać swój ręcznik z pokoju a ręczników nie zmieniano przez cały tydzień więc używałam prywatnego ręcznika, który na szczęście wzięłam że sobą.

Honestly the only thing I liked about this property was the staff at the front desk. They were nice and I never fail to appreciate good hospitality. Oh another thing is the location. If you want good access to water sports in Zanzibar, this place is good.

A lot of things: - Pictures aren’t really accurate. Everything is shockingly smaller, from the room, the bathrooms, the pool, everything! - Facilities: bathroom glass door was falling apart, the AC wouldn’t respond to changes in temperature settings from the remote. It was either it’s on and too cold, or off and the room is too hot! It was torture. - When we arrived there was no electricity. We were told they want their generator to rest a bit before they put it on at nightfall. So no electricity = no AC, no lights, no charging phones after a long long journey!! We just had to sit and wait painfully. - Cleanliness: the toilet bowl had huge yellow stains, it was disgusting to be honest. The place didn’t look squeaky clean for hotel standards. - Inaccurate representation: like I said, it is very different from the pictures. This would have been okay if I knew what I was paying for but now I feel like I overpaid for mediocrity and a little like I was deceived to be honest. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
