I booked transfers with them and they forgot me. Something happened to the driver and they did not replace him until i waited and called.

The breakfast and the staff I didn't feel completely welcome as a guest.

Honestly, the staff. Especially the ladies. Amazing people

Most things. The Wi-Fi is horribly bad. The room didn’t have a shower head. The fridge made a sound. The electricity kept on tripping. The water was cold for the duration of my stay. I ended up stay 3 nights instead of 4. The room was dirty, the fridge wasn’t clean. Yho it was horrible. There were rooms that were nice, I got to see this because I was given a different one to go shower in.

The professionalism of its people and the food is beyond compare

Nothing! The staff were unfriendly, we were put in the furtherest room, had to ask where the dining room was, the bench outside our room was filled with other mattresses so it couldn't be used, there was no electricity and the shower didn't work properly. It was a longish walk to the beach. The breakfast was horrendous! 3 carb items, no butter, a spoonful of jam, an 'omelette', nothing inside it.

We actually left after one night as we were not prepared t o stay like that for another 2 nights.

The staff especially Daniel and Maxica were very helpful

Lights goes off frequently

Gutes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und Klimaanlage (+Generator während Stromausfällen). Strand war nur einige Gehminuten entfernt. Auf Nachfrage wurde sich um Müll etc gekümmert. Viele Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.

Badezimmertür ließ sich nur sehr schwer schließen, wir hatten keine Terasse/Sitzplatz vor der Tür. Durch die direkte Nähe zur Rezeption war es manchmal etwas lauter. Auf dem Hotelgelände ist es durch die Klimaanlage und den Aufbau der Anlage sehr stickig, sodass man sich nur zum Schlafen dort aufhalten kann und die Sitzgelegenheiten draußen auch nicht wirklich nutzen möchte. Alles in allem aber ok/Kleinigkeiten.

Great location for the full moon party. Very close to Kendwa beach! 8 minutes away from nungwi beach. Comfortable and private rooms. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included but I didn’t get a chance to try it.

The electricity went out a few times so no hot water or WiFi was available.
