Gentilezza dello staff, veramente professionali e gentili

Continua interruzzione di lunga durata di energia elettrica con conseguente mancanza di acqua e WiFi. Acqua calda inesistente Foto della descrizione non corrispondenti alla realtà. Siamo stati costretti a lasciare l'albergo con 2 giorni di anticipo, chiedendo al titolare il rimborso recevendo come risposta che per quello che avevamo pagato non avevamo non ne avevamo diritto.

La ubicación y la habitación bastante grande. Buen desayuno.

Se cortó la luz muchas veces, te cobran 4 dólares por persona por día por un impuesto vaya a saber Dios de qué y por problemas con el aire me tuve que cambiar de habitación ( esta misma con mucho olor a humedad). Quise extender la estadía y el precio por noche era muchísimo más caro que por booking. Nos fuimos porque no parecía que les interesara que nos quedásemos.

"Bon rapport qualité prix et accueil chaleureux"

Son jardin, son emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Chambres un peu sommaires et mauvaise connexion Internet dans les chambres. Salle de restauration un peu triste.

The reception staff was nice

The fan was not working, AC had no remote, no cleaning room during our stay, the bathroom was full of mold.
