Staff, cleanliness, value for money

Location. Kinda expensive to go to SAPA everytime. I also felt 30USD for a walking tour was a bit pricey.

1.提供租機車服務，200K/日，不是24小時計算，我們從中午12點租到隔天中午12點，另外加收半日150K。這個租車政策和我們在越南其他地方的經驗不同，但是員工沒有特別提醒，我覺得需要讓大家知道。(而且提供的機車狀況很糟，根本不值得) 2.餐點見仁見智，但我們很難得不喜歡。 3.餐廳提供的玻璃杯不夠乾淨⋯

Grösse des Bungalows, Ruhe, Auswahl beim Frühstück, äusserst zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal, gut englisch sprechende Managerin.

Keine Heizung, Wasser in Badezimmer lief nicht ab und es miefte im Badezimmer.

A nossa estadia aqui foi incrível ☺️ Adoramos os quartos, com uma vista linda, lugar super sossegado, os funcionários foram incansáveis, passei aqui o meu aniversário e até tiveram o cuidado de me fazer um bolinho caseiro e trazer ao quarto com uma vela cantando Happy Birthday ☺️🥰 Fiquei muito contente e tornaram sem dúvida o meu dia mais feliz..
