Sapa Riverside Homestay

We zijn hier een week geweest. Hadden een leuk huisje aan de rivier. Personeel super gezellig en leuk. Leuke omgeving om te wandelen. Ook makkelijk om naar de Fansipan te gaan. Top week.

Rice terrace setting. Nice views of the valley. Bungalow was clean and comfortable.

Some traffic noise from the nearby road during the day but quiet at night.

The view was amazing. The staff were even better! Can’t wait to come back

The room and outside / common areas were very nice, we did find a few ants and spiders in the room but that is to be expected when you’re in remote areas. We loved the mountain and river views and sounds, very peaceful.

The place overall was good but we were disappointed with the staff. Other reviews said the receptionist was very helpful with planning and recommendations but we didn’t find that. When we checked in she just asked our name and took us to the room, and didn’t mention anything about how we had to ask for the room to be cleaned instead of it being the default. She also booked us on the wrong bus back to Hanoi, and when the other receptionist helped us rebook to the correct one (which was very nice of her), she gave us the wrong address for the pickup and we almost missed the bus. The staff was nice just not very helpful, and they also over charged for their taxis (grabs were cheaper).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la chambre est très jolie, avec une belle vue, le personnel est adorable et on y mange très bien !
