The rooms were very beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable.

We were not informed ahead of time that there was going to be a very loud construction site right in front of the stay that would be working through the night making drilling sounds and shaking the floor. There was no staff present nearly at any point. The water in one of the rooms was cold and there was a stench in the main building on the way to one of the rooms. At the end of our stay they could not create an itemised receipt of invoice of any kind.

Le personnel au petit soin. L'hébergement est bien entretenu et soigné. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.

Le rapport qualité prix du restaurant. Nous avons trouvé la nourriture un peu chère au regard de la qualité. Nous avons trouvé le logement trop en retrait des activités de Sapa.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer und gutes Frühstück a la carte, es gibt aber auch frisches Obst dazu und Getränke so viel man möchte.. Das Hotel ist zweigeteilt, der neuere Bereich mit sehr modernen und hellen Zimmern liegt direkt an der Straße und der ältere ist etwas versteckt seitlich dahinter. Der hintere Teil hat einen Pool und liegt direkt am Fluss. Die Zimmer sind etwas älter und dunkler, aber man ist direkt am Fluss.

Leider ist es an der Straße aktuell auf Grund eines Brückenbaus sehr laut. Wir durften das Zimmer in der zweiten Nacht in den hinteren Bereich wechseln. Dies wurde uns angeboten, ohne dass wir gefragt haben. Die Betten waren sehr hart, aber in Ordnung.

Gute Lage, besonders im hinteren Teil, gute Organisation für Touren

Super freundliche Gastgeberin und insgesamt sehr herzliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Resort besteht aus zwei Bereichen – vorne an der Straße (neuer und moderner) und einem ruhigeren, etwas älteren Bereich weiter hinten. Aufgrund einer Baustelle neben dem vorderen Teil war es dort recht laut, aber unser Anliegen wurde sofort ernst genommen und wir konnten unkompliziert und ohne Aufpreis in den hinteren Bereich wechseln – top Service! Beide Zimmer waren sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Pho zum Frühstück – absolute Empfehlung. Das Restaurant vor Ort war vom Service her ebenfalls sehr gut, geschmacklich jedoch etwas durchwachsen. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Great location, easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff, yummy breakfast, great water pressure in the shower!

There was some construction happening close by around the river - not in accommodations control, they pre warned us, and honestly it didn’t concern us really - just not as pretty to look at the river in that specific spot.

Lovely staff, good breakfast, room was spacious and clean, very comfortable! Peaceful location, plenty of delicious places to eat within walking distance, hiking routes in the area too

The upstairs area was quite dirty (old mattresses gathering dust, dead insects etc) and there was a weird smell in the stairs. The room itself was very clean and no problem at all, but a bit more care to the mezzanine area would make everything even nicer!

Super schön gelegen am Fluss. Abseits des Touristenwahnsinns in Sapa City. Das Team ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Baustelle direkt daneben mit Baulärm Tag und Nacht.
