DONT BOOK!

DONT BOOK! We were told a few hours before arriving that they we’re cancelling our stay and that we would need to phone booking.com to find an alternative place to stay. We were trying to contact them regarding our refund, which they were not answering us and still had the audacity to send us messages asking if we had a good stay! Have had to contact booking.com for advice as they weren’t taking responsibility to help us get our money back would not give money to these again!

Great location , clean apartment , had everything we needed .

absolutely nothing. for the simple fact was the host communication from February to the day before we were due to check in decided to go mute! he cancelled our accommodation at 8pm the day before we were checking in! he clearly cannot run a business properly. didnt even give a reason, just told me to contact Booking.com to be relocated in another property. when i text him he just ignored! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

EVERYTHING AND JUDGING BY THE FEEDBACK HE HAS RECEIVED IT IS COMMON PRACTICE FORTUNATELY WE FOUND ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION OURSELVES WHICH WAS FAR SUPERIOR AND CLEAN. WE WALKED BY HIS APARTMENTS AND FRANKLY I WAS GLAD IT WAS CANCELLED. LOOKS FILTHY AND SPEAKING TO SOMEONE WHO HAS STAYED THERE SINCE SAID IT WAS DIRE, CHEAP BEDS POORLY DECORATED. HE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM USING BOOKING.COM BECAUSE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

the apartment it’s self looked nice but not comfortable at all and no view of the city only roof tops.

the entrance to the building is shocking and not appealing at all. Very run down and in desperate need for upgrades. we had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get to our room which was on top floor and last stairs were very slippy as it was wet. the mattresses are shocking you could feel very spring in it so didn’t not get much sleep the whole weekend. the room was also so warm with only little windows to open to get air. the windows were so dirty I didn’t want to open them but had no choice due to it being so warm. the birds woke us up at 5.30/6am every morning due to us being on the top floor and the roof tops were outside our windows. the tv did not have live tv only Netflix. there was also no board games like stated in the description for the kids to play during the stay. I would not recommend these apartments as I didn’t feel safe walking into them at evening with my kids and the smell of drugs was very high throughout the building.

this appartment was excellent, great location and very comfortable

all necessary things you could find in the appartment . locaton is verycgood just few minutes walk

They cancelled on the day 3 hours before arrival even though we had booked weeks in advance. We have had no contact since! We messaged the owner the day before to find out about check in and we were ignored.

The location was great and very central.

No lift as there were many stairs to go up.
