"Decent value for the money. Communication could have been better."

Convenient location

Older, not completely clean. Smell of curry in the kitchen Little communication from the staff before, during or after the visit on what to expect on arrival and what the departure procedures needed to be.

"Very clean to many stair 86 to climb to our apartment no elevator not old people friendly"

location was the only good thing really

no lift, loads of stairs, smelt awful when we walked into the block - pictures on site are not what it actually looked like, was like a prison block

Everything was clean and kept in good order, and we had no issues or concerns during our entire stay. The staff were also very friendly and kind, and it was very clear they would be happy to help should we need anything. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed.

There was nothing related to the property that we did not like.

The owner was informative over WhatsApp on the day of the stay and understanding our situation on getting there we were stuck on the M6 and he sorted everything out with instructions to get to our apartment from the entrance

He didn't answer my questions on booking.com messaging service And there were a few important things broken in the apartment I think the price could be lower I would stop here again but I would have a little look around first see if there was other apartments

The weekend was fantastic from start to finish the accommodation was absolutely fantastic callum Jeff’s son was very helpful we will definitely book again

Clean ,tidy ,good location and no trouble checking in or out.. tesco around the corner to so we could get the food and drink we needed
