Kendwa Breeze Bungalows

Our stay at Kendwa Breeze truly felt like visiting a friend! This small, cozy, and tastefully designed hotel has only four rooms, giving it a very warm atmosphere. The owners, Elizabeth and Alex, along with all the staff, are extremely helpful and friendly. One of the highlights of our visit was definitely Scooby, their dog. The breakfast is big and delicious. While there is a bit of a walk to the beach, it’s manageable if you don’t have mobility difficulties. Kendwa Beach is beautiful and unaffected by the tides, so you can swim all day. There are many water sports available, and Elizabeth kindly helped us arrange them in advance. Highly recommended! 🐾

The hotel was super cute and modern and gave the boho-chic vibe we loved for our honeymoon. Elisabeth made us feel so welcome with a 'enjoy your honeymoon' sign upon arrival and complementary bottle of bubbles, as well as giving us great recommendations every day. The staff here are all so friendly and welcoming and breakfast was such a generous portion! Every breakfast included a full platter of fresh fruits (most grown in their own garden), as well as a mango and passionfruit juice, water, tea/coffee and your choice of 2 dishes from the menu. Another favourite feature of this place was Elisabeth's dog Scooby who was always around to keep us company and was super super cute and friendly.

The hotel is a little off the beaten tourist path... Although it is a short (10min) walk to Kendwa beach, you do have to walk through the local village which will result in some residents shouting to you to book a taxi with them or buy from their shops. By the end of our stay though they seemed to recognise us and left us alone but just to be aware, it can be a little intimidating especially walking back at night.

Great alternative if you wish to stay away from the very crowded huge villages and you are looking for a quite place not far away from the best beach in Kendwa. The owners and their dog will make you fell at home, helping the guests to enjoy a pleasant stay and arrange whatsoever for them. Take the boga boga to move around, the guys is great. Recommended.

We loved everything! It was in a perfect location for us, close to shops and the beach. The breakfast was amazing every morning. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and intimate with only 4 rooms. We enjoyed staying here and felt beyond safe and happy with our choice. Elisabeth and Alex were amazing and always interacted with us, making us feel like we were staying with friends. All of the staff are lovely and very helpful and Scooby is extra special 🐾

The breakfast was wonderful, beautiful outside scenery and few minutes walk from Kendwa beach

It was a beautiful stay, the stuff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was great. The property is very quiet and well groomed.

Elisabeth and Alex have created a mini paradise 10 min walk from the beach. Their breakfast’s were amazing and quite large, we didn’t need lunch for those days! With only four rooms, it’s a very intimate experience. They were also very kind and taking us on the trip to a nearby cave, which was a blast since we also got to visit a nearby village. Highly recommend to stay here.

The staff and owner make it a nice place to stay.

I think it would benefit from mossie netting on the windows so you can open them at night. But they do provide spray.
