"Just what we wanted and much better than staying in a faceless hotel room"

One of the beds was uncomfortable - although it was acknowledged as a sofa bed on the ad, I think that if the property is suitable for 4 adults they should all have a comfortable bed

We were cycling from Bangor to Chester, and the location was great for an overnight. Characterful too.

The stairs down to the lower floor kitchen were very tricky to negotiate.

"Would repeat again in a heartbeat."

10.0

Excellent communication from host, very helpful. The house is gorgeous, has everything you need for time away. The street has 2 pubs and a Chinese takeaway - what more do you need. We stayed one night, arrived Saturday afternoon, enjoyed a few drinks in the Farmers Arms with the landlord and locals who were lovely then collected a Chinese on the way back to the house. Next day, enjoyed on the glorious Talacre Beach which is only about 3 miles away. Great location for a short weekend.

Not a thing, it was great, I even managed to stairs with my arthritic knees :)

"Very enjoyable"

Location perfect for walking the coastal path and a great base for surrounding area. Comfy clean beds and nice touch from owner to leave staples in the fridge.

Stairs and step could pose a problem with elderly or those with mobility issues
