AWOL Hotel Provincetown

Beautiful views of the marshes and sunsets, free bicycles, nitro cold brew and water/sparkling water on tap, zen & simplistic environment and rooms, healthy breakfast options. The outdoor space was really nice with a pool and private patios.

The value definitely is a big problem. It’s 5 star hotel pricing for 3 star amenities (no gym, food to order, space, spa, location) The rooms are small but not a huge problem. The bikes could use some time ups but it’s the end of the season so kind of understandable. I didn’t like access to the office is closed after 8PM unless you needed more water / help. Cleaning staff could use some customer service training.

Everything at this location is excellent. We come here every year and always have an exceptional experience. This time the pool felt warmer than it did in recent years. Considering it was September, it was much welcome.

Extremely uncomfortable stay. Bedding /platform bed 8 inches off the floor! Worst accommodations that we have ever been to in our many years of traveling. Definitely not a spot for seniors.

The view and setting is spectacular. The staff member who checked us in, Sawyer, was lovely. The room was comfortable and the outdoor patio was lovely. I enjoyed the breakfast and the kombucha on tap.
